East Pines Ranch - How to "Sign on"

We accept regular bookings from February through November. Stays during December and January are by special arrangement only. We require a 50% deposit upon booking your stay. The deposit is refundable less 25% up to thirty days prior to your scheduled/reserved arrival date. The balance is due on the day you check in.

Cortez, Colorado is served by United Express airlines and we can pick you up at the airport or you can drive to the ranch. Other Colorado airport alternatives include: Denver, Grand Junction, Colorado springs.

Additional information such as suggested equipment and clothing lists, what kind of bedroll to bring, etc., will be mailed to you upon your registration. We want to prepare you for your visit so that it will be will be as enjoyable and memorable as anything you have ever done.
